Your brain HAS to be in it! See, inside our wonderful minds we hold memories, references and connections. If you hold fears, worries and anxieties around birth, your brain will switch on during labour to these specific references. It’s the very core of what I teach in my hypnobirth online course. Start reframing now and start creating new pathways and positive connections so you can have a confident, calm and empowering birth!

β€œI’ve been meaning to message a while. Just wanted to thank you for showing the realism of birth and options we have. Thanks to you I needed no intervention even though they were pushing and pushing for my to have an episiotomy. I started having contractions at 6am and by 8am they were 1 min apart. Went to hospital (reluctantly I wanted to stay at home – definitely will have my next at home!) and was 9.5cm dilated!!! My labour was calm and relaxed. Just used gas and air to help with my breathing. Baby did stall at a certain point for a while and they kept saying they would need to perform a episiotomy. I asked why and what would happen if I carried on for a while longer as the baby was fine. I could feel her moving down – slowly but moving. She came out all on her own. πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯° Just wanted to thank you for empowering us all and helping us during the most precious time. πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–β€

No matter who you are, what your past life or current life entails it’s safe to know that YOU can influence with the power of the mind and when you do, magical things really do start to happen!

Much love
Emma aka The Naked Doula
