We’re growing fast and we’ve got some exciting projects ahead to make us amazing inside and out! We’re looking for an organised, tech-savvy people person who gets fanny flutters from delivering great customer service & driving operational improvements! It will be your job to help make the behind the scenes here at the naked doula fuckin’ awesome – supporting a smooth, easy & lovely customer journey!

What's involved?

Customer service – Making sure our customers have a good experience that they want to tell everyone about!

  • Managing incoming enquiries, tracking & processing orders, follow ups & gathering feedback & reviews
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries (via Hubspot, email, webchat & marketplaces) and resolve any customer challenges, queries, product questions & returns.
  • Process, manage and track customer orders to ensure timely arrival of online orders & digital purchases.
  • Processing requests for access to our online community and digital content.
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction levels by follow-ups, encouraging & managing customer reviews via google,apple, etsy.
  • Passing customer feedback and reviews onto the rest of the team to improve our customers’ experience.

Business Operations – Operations covering supply, sales, marketing, support & finance to ensure the behind the scenes here at the naked doula is fuckin’ awesome – supporting a smooth, easy & lovely customer journey!

  • Managing email campaigns and automations
  • Supporting with coordinating and setting up of virtual and in-person events, promotions & seasonal sales.
  • Supporting with management & organising of digital assets (logos, images, photography)
  • Blog & knowledge base management
  • Supporting in managing and optimisation of product listings, descriptions on marketplaces and websites.
  • Supporting with management of fulfilment system (product listings, stock management and reporting)
  • Supporting with documentation and improvement of business processes and automation
  • Managing app & course content

Reporting & Data Management – supporting with business reporting to identify areas of opportunity & improvement
Exporting and storing data from various sources

  • Updating customer service & other reports
  • Supporting with sharing information with finance/bookkeeping

skills & experience we're looking for...

  • A positive, outgoing problem solver who can multitask
  • Able to work effectively as part of a remote team
  • Self-motivated with good time management and organisational skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, openly and honestly.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, frequent changes, learning together as we go!
  • Excellent verbal written and verbal English
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role (preferred)
  • Love for spreadsheets, experience with WordPress and CRM systems like Salesforce, and finance software such as Xero, a big bonus!

  • 30 hours per week – minimum 2 hours per day (Monday – Friday) to ensure the help desk is manned consistently.  Remaining hours can be worked flexibly across the week.
